Payment and Subscription

Restore purchase\ Activate account

  1. From Settings on the top left

  2. Click Restore Purchases

  3. Sign in to iTunes Store with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription

  4. Tap OK to confirm

  5. From Unlimited Proxy settings tap Account

  6. Sign In to your Elite account or Create Account

Turn off auto-renewal

  1. From App Store, Tap "Featured" at the bottom of the screen

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  3. Sign in with the same Apple ID associated with the purchase

  4. Click "View Apple ID"

  5. Enter your password and click OK

  6. From Account Settings, click "Manage App Subscriptions"

  7. Cancel Unlimited Proxy subscription

Request refund

  1. Go to Apple Report a Problem

  2. Sign in to your account with the same Apple ID used for the purchase

  3. Enter Unlimited Proxy in the search bar

  4. Click "Report a Problem" next to the purchase you’d like to refund

  5. Select the appropriate item from the "Choose Problem" dropdown

  6. In the text box, state that you’d like a refund and explain the reason

  7. Then click Submit

Elite asked to pay

Please make sure you Restore Purchase from Settings and use the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription to follow the steps.

 

After you Restore Purchase, if the application displays that you are already signed in:

 

  1. Open Unlimited Proxy App > Settings > Account > Sign Out

  2. Open Unlimited Proxy application. You will option to upgrade to Elite

  3. Sign in from Settings > Account > Sign In

  4. Enter your username/password

Unlimited Proxy Account page should display your account Info with account type as Elite and days left.

 

If you are signed in to your Elite account and still asked to upgrade, please contact support@callrecorder.mobi and provide us with a description of the issue and a screenshot of the error.

 

 

Can’t Connect

I can’t connect

Before troubleshooting, please make sure:

 

  • You are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or a mobile data network

  • Your device is not jailbroken

  • A 3rd party app is not interfering with Internet Settings “For example, a sensitive Firewall or another VPN application.”

  1. Turn Unlimited Proxy Protection ON

  2. Switch Airplane Mode ON and OFF

  3. Reinstall Unlimited Proxy Profile

  • In the Unlimited Proxy app, tap Settings > Re-install Profile

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install a new profile

  • In the app, turn Protection ON

  1. Connect to a different network (for example, if you were connected to Wi-Fi, try connecting to your mobile data network or another Wi-Fi)

  2. Open Unlimited Proxy > Turn Protection ON

If the steps above don't work and you are located in any of the following countries: Pakistan, Iran, Oman, Qatar, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, please contact support@UnlimitedProxy.io and provide a description of the issue and a screenshot (If applicable)

Can’t connect to a virtual location

Before troubleshooting, please make sure:

 

  • You are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or a mobile data network

  • You are signed in to your Elite account

  1. Sign out from your Elite account

  2. Sign in using your Elite username and password
